Megga(Non-User) I bought this set trhguoh Amazon as a gift for my daughter. What a nice gift! I came in a box, that opened my daughter when she pulled out a drawer that point was wrapped in a beautiful blue bag with gold ribbon, a card, written for me. She opened the bag and pulled out Emeril Pot & Pan set out in the box itself. Out came the nice pots and pans for Emeril dressed. We discussed my research on pots and read the instructions we have. I had read various reviews of some of the victims who are victims of pots and I have found is, mishaps happen, but I felt it a lot because the stove in the wrong in pots. It speaks specifically of the heating step in the instructions to the pots and their programs. Most people like to cook quickly and get it done. The boilers are designed for people who want to spend time and really boil over medium-low heat is better for food and cooking.In addition, coverage is critical location. The lids have steam vents that need to be adjusted up to the lips of pots! Imagine burning. I'm very happy I got these for my daughter. Now I can teach her how to cook various delicious meals for many years, she will enjoy the pots ..
